Lisa was fabulous in helping me get exactly what I wanted, until the installation person said it wouldn't work, even though Lisa checked my make and model before ai bought it. Now I'm stuck with a less desirable option. I know my car didn't change, so what happened while I was waiting??

I appreciate the ease of ordering tires and tubes for my manual wheelchair; I even ordered a wheelchair online a few years ago, and am still using it. And it's always good to know I can call and speak with a real live human being if I need to do so.

Being super lightweight and compact you can use this scooter with any vehicle. We're no longer restricted to using our minivan with it's internal Bruno Joey lift. So far we've been impressed with the battery life between charges.

This chair is really, really easy! It really does fit in one piece in your trunk. I have a mazda6. I went with this model because I need the seat to recline. It is heavier, but it’s also very study. Took it to the shore and casino and it was exactly what I needed to feel alive again. I can’t get it in or out of my trunk, but a partner or valet can. I only wish I could do it myself, but I could not lift the lighter one, so I went with the chair that reclined.

This chair is light weight and easy to transport from the house to the car. It's small enough to go thru the old-style house narrow door openings.

The material quality is good compared with other products in the market place but the workmanship can be improved some.  As soon as the package was opened I noticed 1. the right arm rest was slightly crooked till now I still see it’s slightly crooked. 2. the back of the chair where has a piece of Brisa material to cover all the mechanics parts and other parts was not sewn right that cause the face job poorly. Since my husband needed it badly for his broken ribs otherwise I will not accept the chair because after paying so much money I prefer to have a choice of better quality. This chair is much much bigger than what I saw on your website. My husband weighs 160 lbs and 5’ 4” I assumed the size of the chair I ordered would look just like your website’s advertisement but some how the chair we received is huge. You really know how to make a very good video to make the chair looks more delicate.  Over all so far my husband has no complaints about any mechanical functions. He said he loves it except it’s expensive.

I was surprised at how solid this chair feels. Battery lasts longer than expected (Better than Literider Envy which I also own). Good power up ramps. I expected hard seat, got aftermarket cushion, but found Therm-a-rest seat cuchion much better (only I can't anchor it) . At 1st, it wouldn't manuver very well,, but front casters are limbering up so it's much better. Folding, etc. not as easy as videos, but I think that will improve as joints limber up.
