Quality of materials

Ease of getting around the house by myself.

I love that it folds up, is light enough that I can pick it up to stow in my car, and is easy to operate. The seat is pretty comfy too.

Hard time getting into purchase Asking for to many numbers

The long distances that are capable of and the top speed of 8 MPH to get you where you want to go.

Easy to order battery but you said shipping was free then charge $9.99 fee. Not exactly free.
