Overview
The Victory 10 mobility scooter by Pride delivers performance in a sleek and sporty design. It features one-hand Feather-Touch disassembly for transport. The long lasting high-intensity LED headlight offers great pathway illumination for additional safety when out after dark. With advanced standard features that include flat-free non-marking tires and a Delta tiller, the Victory 10 is a greater value than ever before.
What Makes It Different
The sturdy Victory 10 3-wheel is the only scooter in its price range with a generous 400 pound weight capacity to accommodate more users. The standard 18" X 17" seat slides forward and back like an automobile seat would, allowing you to adjust to your perfect position. Additionally, the seat swivels 180 degrees for easy on and off access. You can also upgrade to Pride’s High back Captains-style seat which is available in several sizes, and comes in Black vinyl. Why We Like It
We like the Victory 10 for its versatility, size and value. It can be used both indoors and out and can be disassembled for transport with the easy Feather-Touch system. We like that the Victory is not too big nor too small. The overall length is 45.25 inches, giving plenty of legroom for taller riders, without being overly large for travel. The charging port is conveniently located on the tiller, which makes charging the Victory a breeze.
What to Expect When Ordering
Curbside delivery is free and your Victory 10 will ship within 24 hours. The High Back seats take longer to ship. Your new scooter will be brought to your home but is not brought inside or removed from the box. This will be a large heavy item, so it is best to have someone there to help you bring it in and set it up. If you think you may need assistance with carrying, unpacking and assembling your new scooter, you may choose our White Glove Delivery to have it brought to your home and assembled by certified technicians.
You can purchase an extended service plan to 2 or 3 years for an additional charge. While you are covered by a service contract, if you experience a problem with your scooter, simply call SpinLife to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.

For the lifetime of your product from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship: Structural Frame Components, including:
•Main Frame - Fork - Seat Post - Tiller Frame
TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For two (2) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
•Transaxle
•Brake
•Bushings
•Bearings
•Motor Brake (electronic function ONLY)
Also, electronic assemblies including:
•Electronic Controllers
•Chargers
•Harnesses
•Any Other Electrical Subassembly
SIX-MONTH WARRANTY
The battery is covered by a separate six-month warranty, provided by the battery manufacturer. The batteries are not warranted by Pride.
RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY
All reconditioned units are covered by a six-month warranty from Pride effective from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.
•ABS Plastic Shrouds
•Motor Brushes
•Upholstery and Seating
•Brake Pads
•Tires and Tubes
•Fuses/Bulbs
•Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
•Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride Mobility Products
•Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:
•Contamination
•Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
•Battery fluid spillage or leakage
•Use other than normal design specifications
•Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
NOTE: If there is an increase in the operational noise level in the transaxle, the warranty does not apply. An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to abusive and excessive strain on the scooter.
NOTE: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period of time, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.

Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
