  • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
  • All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned. 
  • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
  • Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
  • Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
  • Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
  • An RA (Return Authorization) from SpinLife must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
  • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
  • If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.

Mega Motion provides a Limited Lifetime to 3-Year Limited Warranty on structural frame components. For the lifetime of the product from the original date of purchase, Mega Motion will, at its discretion, repair or replace—free of charge to the original purchaser—any of the following parts if found defective in material or workmanship by an authorized Mega Motion representative: the main frame, fork, seat post, and tiller frame.

In addition, a Two-Year Limited Warranty covers specific mechanical and electronic parts. For a period of two (2) years from the purchase date, Mega Motion will repair or replace—at its option and at no cost to the original purchaser—parts such as the transaxle, bushings, brake, motor brake (electronic function only), bearings, chargers, and any other electrical subassemblies. This also includes electronic assemblies such as electronic controllers and harnesses. It is important to note that any warranty claims involving electronic assemblies may be voided if the product was damaged by the use of non-original parts or accessories not obtained through an authorized Mega Motion provider.

The batteries supplied by Mega Motion are covered under a Six-Month Warranty, starting from the date of purchase or rental. If a battery is found defective by an authorized Mega Motion provider, it will be replaced. However, this warranty does not cover performance decline due to prolonged discharge, storage in cold environments, or degradation from heavy use. For lithium-ion battery coverage, refer to the separate Lithium Warranty Insert.

The warranty does not extend to items that require replacement due to normal wear and tear, such as motor brushes, tires and tubes, ABS plastic shrouds, brake pads, upholstery and seating, or fuses and bulbs. Additional exclusions include damage resulting from circumstances beyond the control of Mega Motion, unauthorized labor or service calls, shipping and related charges unless pre-approved by Mega Motion, and any unauthorized repairs or modifications.
