The Adjuster by Comfort Company is an adjustable air cell cushion that offers premium skin protection and accommodates left or right side asymmetries to improve sitting stability. Add or remove "Comfort Cells" as personally needed for deep immersion or to redistribute pressure points.

This cushion is ideal for those who need special features to correct, fine-tune, or modify posturing.  Consider the Adjuster's innovative use of medial bands if you need to prevent forward migration of the pelvis.  For leg elevation or improved foot propulsion, the leg compartments and rear compartments can also be customized.  

Why We Like It
Internal customization allows individual postural alignment to be addressed. Externally, individual needs are also met with two covers available: One option is the Stretch-Air fabric, designed to allow air-flow and reduce heat build-up. The other cover option is Comfort-Tek, a fluid-proof cover with properties similar to leather. Comfort-Tek's easy-to-clean cover alleviates pressure on bony prominences while protecting the inner cushion.
 
What You Need to Know When Ordering
This cushion is available in 17 sizes.  The front of the cushion measures 3.5".  If you would like a lower cushion  (2.5") consider the Adjustable Low-profile model AJ-FL/AJ-SL.
