I had already had one and this is slightly less stable than the one downstairs but it is safe and is working out well.

We use it for him to be able to sit in our shower. We needed handles for a shower stool. It works very well.

I don't think there is any weakness for his use of the product.

He is 88. He sometimes fall. We have a glass enclosed shower so we use it as a shower chair.
