My wife uses the padded U sling to transfer by hoyer lift to potty chair, bed, manual and power chairs. She cannot stand or walk. 

When the sling is on properly it does set you up straight like in a chair.

The stitching came loose too easily.

I am a male adult 5,11,210 lb the only thing so far with the sling I believe that some of the stitching on it tears a little too easy .

Easy to slide under the person. Hooks up for a better lift. Soft and more comfortable. Machine washable and dries fast.
