Able to adjust pressure rather than guessing.

It could be designed to adjust pressure with less trial and error. It should have a gauge to show current pressure rather than add or reduce.

We are fans of Roho cushions. This mid profile smart check cushion is perfect. Never a pressure sore and works on his wheelchair and home chair.

Not sure what the strengths would be seeing this is my first one.

Patient had sores on buttocks. Was advised to get the aircushion so he would float not sit on affected area so it could heal.

It helps prevent and heal ulcers.

You have to check air pressure daily.
