Able to adjust pressure rather than guessing.
It could be designed to adjust pressure with less trial and error. It should have a gauge to show current pressure rather than add or reduce.

I love the cushion. It helps in preventing ulcers. Which I’ve had one for awhile now, but the cushion is a big help in the healing process, as well.
