Iam 70yrs old and have pain in all my joints this bath lift has help me get back to taking a bath, before I had trouble getting out of the bathtub.

It works very smoothly, and allows me the freedom to bathe normally again.

I don't know that this is a weakness in the product, but if the tub was a foot longer, would be great.

I have osteoarthritis and have had multiple joint surgeries. I can actually get in and out of the tub now!

I was surprised at the quality of the chair. It is easy to use and not at all scarry. So good to be in the water and not be afraid of getting out again.

It is sturdy, but moveable, and enables me to take a bath for the first time in three years, which has really been a benefit for my arthritis. The motor runs smooth and lifts my whole body in and out of the bath tub. It was very easy to install.

Only one, that is the suction cups do not stick as I thought they would, but I still love this great piece of equipment. Thank you.

the only thing that i've seen so far is, that it is a little difficult to plug the two chords back together after recharging for an elderly person, but to be watertight i guess it has to.

i purchased the product for my mother

the Bath Bliss 311 reduces the risk of falling, that's huge,it also gives me more peace of mind.the back rest reclines alowing my mother to soak her sore back.

the control buttons on the Bath Bliss 311 require to much force to operate, my mother cannot push them, I have to push them for her.
