It works very smoothly, and allows me the freedom to bathe normally again.
I don't know that this is a weakness in the product, but if the tub was a foot longer, would be great.

Awesome product, works reliably everytime, much thanks!
It is sturdy, but moveable, and enables me to take a bath for the first time in three years, which has really been a benefit for my arthritis. The motor runs smooth and lifts my whole body in and out of the bath tub. It was very easy to install.
Only one, that is the suction cups do not stick as I thought they would, but I still love this great piece of equipment. Thank you.

It is a simple blessing having a bath with my diginity.
Portable when necessary. Easily cleaned and sturdy. Simple and safe to use without another's help.
No weaknesses of the product. Our tub needs to be longer in order to stretch out my legs.

87yrs of age, inability to stand nor walk for long intervals. Baths are now a renewed luxury.
What else, I bought a second unit.
The first unit for my wife arrived and was in use next day. Four weeks later an entire base arrived by UPS without cost to correct a weakness that Sterling had discovered. This without a complaint from me. I am a retired professional engineer with forty years of machine design experience and I rate Sterling and the bath tub lift with the highest marks.
