It won't tip over. Easy to move up and down..

Value for the price. Was easy to assemble.

Slightly larger wheels would make it easier to roll, but my only real complaint is that the table top is not long enough. The length of the table top is 30 inches. The one I used in the hospital had a length of 37 inches and extended much farther across my bed, which I liked.

Simplicity and function.

The locks on wheels are a problem for me, I don't need them and when they come on with frequent moving I have to get help to get them in the off position.
