Poorly secured to the vehicle floor.

Strengths:
It is the only side door unit available for a minivan.
Weaknesses:
On one end the unit is secured to the vehicle floor with two small bolts that will shear with little force The other end is secured with two set screws, just friction to hold 450 pounds in place. I will have brackets made to secure it to the floor.
