It has given him more confidence in himself.

Even when the brakes are in park, the walker still moves a little.

The hand breaks and wheels, and the seat. Its a little heavy for her to uplift into the car but we help her do that anyway.

My mom is 92 years old and has trouble keeping her balance when walking.
WONDERFUL PRODUCT -- THANK YOU. i USE IT FOR WALKING ON A...
Well designed, I can stand up straight in and walk with long strides because the seat is well positioned, plus I can arrange the handles so my arm is bent straight from the elbow and there is no need to hunch up the shoulders. Excellent!
I find that when it is ready to walk it does not close up well enough to put in my trunk so need to put it in the back seat of my large car. I guess it can become more narrow but would require loosening up things and then getting them back in position. It does close up but not far enough for one motion and without changing the position of things.
