Great looking chair. Quiet when you use the lift.
It's to tall. Should come in different heights. It is very expensive.

I can't use it. I am to short to get in it. Unable to return the chair. Was in hospital when it came.
It will do the job
easy to service.
Fabric choice to drain water should not have been a special order item. Having the seat 2 inches closer to the floor would be.

Size of chair and weight capacity
The foot rest doesn't come up far enough. With the foot rest up my husband's feet are still pointing towards the floor instead of the wall. And it was the same when my 200lb son tried out the chair.

It is for my brother in law. He needs it
Unsure to recommend its great for me to get up but not...
The size and ease of use is great
The chair is extremely uncomfortable. The footrest does not go up high enough and the bottom cushion is not attached so you must push it back in regularly. The arms could use a little padding too.

Thank-you to my White Glove Tech.
The white glove program that has a Tech. delivering the chair and you know that the chair is connected correctly.
Having to decide covering for the chair with small 2" samples and not all the materials that are available.

A little difficult to use
Very well built, white-glove delivery was wonderful, width is great
A little too deep for the heights described, a little too high for the heights described.

The chair is a little tall and deep, my wife is 5'6" and she has a little trouble getting into it.
It is comfortable and easy to use
It is wide and strong
The seat cushion slides

Beautiful and very well made, but sometimes it pinches the...
Very sturdy and I don't have to worry about tipping when I raise the footrest not fully in the chair. Adjusts quietly and easily. Nice that the cushion is separate from the chair because it makes cleaning and vacuuming easier.
for me specifically, it's a bit too high to get into easily. It was not the most comfortable the first few day but I think I have it now. Its firmer than I anticipated - I may try a sheepskin to sit on and something similar for under my calves and heels.
