Beautifully made, very quiet, perfect fit for me.
I really enjoy my chair. I especially liked the white Glove...
Sturdy and stable. Massage ad heat both are good.
I would like to be able to shut off the lights on the remotes. I would like to have it recline further.

No weaknesses at this point.

I purchased this chair for my 91 year old mother. Mother is under 5 feet tall and suffers with back and leg issues. The chair fits her perfectly
Great chair. The 2nd one we have bought.
Quality
It never had any info on gauge of extension cord to use, to run motor, heater, and massage. It appears info should be included with setup info.

Very nice.
It's small enough and yet comfortable for all.
It doesn't go "flat" all the way.

Semi-disabled person. It is an incredibly useful chair.
The quality exceeds expectations.
It is solid and well constructed. All features work well.
The complexity of the controls can be confusing, especially at first. There are no instructions about the power; do we leave it on or turn t off?

Perfect lift chair for petite woman.
Quality, ease of use.
I paid extra for the "leather-like" fabric, but it doesn't breathe like leather. I have to cover the chair with a sheet to keep from sweating.
