Strengths:
Seems to be well made.
Weaknesses:
Chair's movement seems to be a bit fast for her. She gets anxious whenever it moves. She's also afraid she'll fall out of it when it's raised.

User Details:
Despite it's "petite" size, seat is big for my 5' 2" wife. A thin pillow against the back of the chair helps a bit, but she doesn't use the chair much
