my dads chair he is 83
Might recommend but I'm 5'10.
Smooth operation of lift & recline operation.
Padding leaves a lot to be desired & arm rests are too low in relationship to seat. My arms can't rest on them & when I add any padding to seat, the arm rest virtually disappear at that point.

great recliner from sitting to sleeping
I like the remote control action. it reclines so you can sleep or sits you up to almost a standing position
the frame is not as strong as I would like it to be. especially the arms. the arms can't be pulled on when moving this chair, but not that you should. however that area needs to be stronger, especially if the user sits on the arm accidentally due to not realizing that they are not in the center of the seat.

The cushion is not as soft as the regular recliners we were used to.
