have used this product for 10 yrs. prior.
with modifications, has protected from decubiti better than ROHO. My cushio base is built up with 1" foam under gel cushion, making a deeper well.
When the cushion leaks or breaks, the gel gets all over everything and is difficult to impossible to clean up.

Too high; too hard on front edge.
Very comfortable for hours but only when I'm seated properly. Gel is superior to foam or air but not this particular pillow for me. I alternate this gel pillow with a 3" foam pillow.
Height -- 3" would be more appropriate for someone my size (4'10"). It's a struggle to to lift myself over the hard 4" front edge to sit. The pillow is probably too deep for me as well; the hard front edge bruises the skin under my knees.
