The only issue I have with the J extreme cushion is that over the lifecycle of the pad the gel cushion insert will rupture at the seams typically after 5 to 8 years of use

I am 53 years old, & a T6 paraplegic of 33 years. My wheelchair is a TI light ZRa.
Thin cushion yet very good support and cushioning
For thin cushion it is still very supportive and protective. I am not having the sore behind that I had with another 2 inch thick foam cushion
The gel does move and get pushed aside when you sit on it and it really doesn't move back into position when you get off of the cushion

Good fabric cover, comfortable seating
Gel pals will leak as have all the similar cushions we have ordered from spin life. Need to make gel paks replaceable more easily

Great lightweight product for mobile wheelchair users.
Constant, consistent pressure relief.
If you have incontinence issues, you can wreck these cushions quickly, even with incontinent covers.
