Quality control. The cover for the foam base is not straight. Does not hold gel pad correctly

Good fabric cover, comfortable seating
Gel pals will leak as have all the similar cushions we have ordered from spin life. Need to make gel paks replaceable more easily

Great lightweight product for mobile wheelchair users.
Constant, consistent pressure relief.
If you have incontinence issues, you can wreck these cushions quickly, even with incontinent covers.

a good cushion over all
comfortable to sit on for long periods of time
The "Gel Pad" pops open and the cost to replace that part is very expensive.

Not what was expected.
Brand name
Too soft to allow transfers, probably better suited to people who do not transfer - it is the wrong product for me, my heavier Jay cushion is better for me.
