I feel very safe no worries of turning over. It has the power when needed to go up a steep hill. Very safe all the way around.
No weakness with my scooter, my problem has been with shipping. Fedex has dropped two boxes and broke two scooters when they arrived. This has been a huge disappointment to me.

Love the handling of the scooter however, the rear end was making a noise like a bearing going out from the wheels. A thud noise every rotation.
Very sturdy, easy to steer and turn, battery charge lasted...

Only issue is it is a rough ride on streets
Battery life is amazing! Only have to charge 1 time a week and I drive nearly every day
I think it would have been a much easier ride had you had rubber tires with air.

Good quality and ride.
stability and ride
seat not comfortable and requires a cushion. still waiting for a replacement for bumper damaged in shipping. Turning radius requires more room than 3 wheel.

I am an 83 year old woman with muscular dystrophy (FSHD). I bought the 4 wheel scooter to replace my 3 wheel. It feels more stable and rides well.
Makes me much more independent
This is a great machine. The price point was attainable by those of us on Medicare. And it was very easy to use. I definitely would stay with the Spinlife products because I have been very satisfied with their quality. This machine looks nice and gives me a lot of freedom to go out and about. It is transportable as well.
There are just a couple of things here. One of the pieces are a little heavy for transport. It would help if it were a little lighter. I also had to purchase lights for the front and back. It would be nice to have them on there. We did a lot of homework on scooters trying to find the best one. And while we did find a very good one for the price, the customer service representative was not very helpful.

I have stage four lung cancer and I struggled to walk long distances. With the Scout I can get out and about and in the fresh air,
After researching the unit I question why I waited so long...
1. Being able to break it down into easily manageable components, none being excessively heavy. 2. Good fit and well done joining of parts into a solid unit. 3. Good operational time from a full charged battery.
By design, a real gut shaker on gravel roads, but acceptable after using it for a while. Needs a small clip-on caster under the rear of the main platform to facilitate moving it around when being stored as mine goes in a belly bin on my motorhome and would be helpful in positioning it.

The scooter gives me back my mobility necessary for my photography.
My old one was made better. This one lacks that same...
It provides me with transportation in yard to do chores!
It lacks quality & makes a funny noise when moving - forward or backwards. Disposable of my old one is difficult & expensive!

This is a very satisfactory scooter. Exceeds my...
It is a comfortable ride. I spent 4 hours at the zoo with my great nieces and made it just fine up and down the hills.
The only negative I can say is that I think it should have a back-up beeper.

I would definitely recomend SpinLife to others.
It's well made and looks good. So far, so good, keep up the good work.
The seat could be better, perhaps a little thicker to make it softer , cushier. Looking for comfort there.
