Not for everyone
It's easy to put together and ready to use, but for people with crutches It's not for you.
The seat is to low for someone with a disability to get on and off you could fall easily.

Brought this scooter and is a good product, but not recommended for people with disabilities like cerebral palsy because it's really hard to get off

You can't move your feet on the foot pad. They stick like Velcro. The backup alarm is not necessary. It is too loud.
