Broke before one full week, warranty process long and...
Multiple ways to position. When functioning, it helped relieve pain and improve functionality.
It broke within a week. The warranty process has been long for a product whose market are elderly and/or disabled individuals. Being forced to sleep in a seated position (the motor for raising/lowering the head broke after six days) for what looks to be at least two weeks has increased user's pain exponentially.

Great quality product
The ease of usage.
I thought the product would have come down a little farther, enclosing a little more of her 4'-5" body.

My daughter Alexis, is a 30 year old female who has cerebral palsy and is legally blind. She uses a wheelchair for ambulation.
Very good product with reasonable pricing.
Ability to raise/lower bed height to customized levels at the touch of a button. Sturdy, steady, and comfortable.
The assembly instructions are inadequate for someone who is not fairly experienced with mechanical products.

This bed was for my mother. She's 83 years old and in a personal care home that required her own furniture.
Very nice bed and works great.
The bed is made very good, and it lowers to make it easier to get in and out of, it lowers all the way to the floor for rolling which makes it easy to clean under it. The back raises which makes it easier for people who have a hard time sitting up in bed.
no weaknesses at this time
