Found it elsewhere for $50 more than Spinlife.
Supportive without being hard. Easy to clean and quite durable.
It's exactly what I was looking for. Did enough research so I knew what to expect. It exceeded my expectations. My spouse is much more comfortable. Down the road I may have to explore more skin theraputic models, but the Axiom G is a great place to start for someone who spends a lot of time in a wheelchair.

The height, shape, and sturdiness. The design also beneficial to shape of body.
The velcro on bottom is in opposite direction to my wheelchair's velcro, but it is not a problem as enough of it coincides.
