Compact, convenient, easy to use.
The electric motor operates very smoothly and the compact size make it easy to move around in the small room. Has made our transfers much easier.

Strong and sturdy lift. needs better instruction.
strong and stable. well made.
the instruction manual is weak and does not give instruction on how to fold it up for travel. need better instruction for turning it on and using it with sling. lots of trial and error required.
