Ease of getting it through doorways and to tables at a resturants
It is heavy to lift into the truck of the car, even though it was advertised as something Even Petite woman could lift. I'm 5'9 and weigh 154 lbs and have to get a lift installed on my car because it is tearing up my back. I think you shouldn't adverstise as easy to lift.

My husband has Parkinson and he enjoys his wheel chair Air Hawk
Very good to carry your electric scooter..
The arm swings away so you can get to your trunk or open the back door on your SUV.
There needs to be a longer cord for the tag night. And a trailer plug in on the end . The lift plate needs to be longer as our scooter barely fits on the lift.

I'm 74 years old, have COPD , back issues and am overweight. My scooter opened up a lot of doors for me to do things I couldn't do before getting it.
It has made moving my scooter a lot better.
strong construction.
rust showing after only a month.

Good build quality. It has made moving my recently purchased scooter. The Con is that it is showing rust around some of the bolts and on the frame.
Suits my needs
Sturdy and easy to load
The straps are too long
