the weakness is sunrise medical. I have been trying to register the chair with them since we got it and as of yet have had no results and phone call to the has gone unreturned. very disappointed with their customer service

Comfortable.

It would be nice if it came with a cloth barrier between me and the cushion. I live in Florida, and this would help reduce sweating.
