Seat soft, nice maneuverability. Nice headlights and foot light area. I like two small compartments under the seat.
Short lever under front seat for swivel chair, as I am greatly overweight, and hard to reach the lever to swivel my chair to side. Real stupid place to put it. Prefer put on sides under seat. Max weight for user is 400 and the very short lever is under the seat in the front. Hard to reach! I was annoyed by that. As I pull the lever up to swivel the chair, I had to get up in order to remove my weight on the chair to swivel it to one side or the other. Just a horrible and very inconsiderate place to put it. No real safety blinking lights. Tools for rear basket and cane holder under rear of seat which when swivel chair to either side can hit other people or the wall where I park for the day/night or when charging. Front basket could be longer than it is now. Cane holder should be in front. Cup holder needs to be folded up when going thru doorways. I knocked off my drink that way. Should come with two keys rather than one key to turn scooter on.

Mid-50's, with Diabetic Neuropathy in foot, muscle atrophy in both legs. Hard to stand & walk long periods of time. Heavy-set.
I love my scooter and use it in my house ever day and when...
My scooter is sturdy, my daughter is able to easily assemble and disassemble in just minutes. She also loads and unloads it by herself into the back of our SUV once she disassembles it for transport.
No weaknesses found yet!

I am 60 years old and on oxygen and am obese. Bad knees and only 27% lung capacity.
Great scooter
It is very quiet and has lots of power. Pretty much will go anywhere I need to go. The quality is very good. I have no complaints.
Haven’t really found any.

65 year old male with mild cerebral palsy.
Very good product! Durable, easy to transport and use
Narrow width and tight turning radius enables easy turns in even tight spaces. Being able to charge the battery separately from scooter is great as it means only needing to bring batteries in from the car and leaving the rest in the trunk.
Horn was broken upon delivery. Under-seat storage is really useless as you need to open/empty when removing seat...just remove them!!

74 yr old woman with very bad legs can hardly walk for long moved into an independant home with many activities and thanks to scooter having FUN again
Nice scooter, but should have purchased one level up!
Nice size for average adult to use. Easy to handle and good turning radius.
HATE the hard rubber tires! My Pride Celebrity X has pneumatic tires, and a MUCH better ride! My mistake on purchasing!

I needed the scooter to attend the rennasaince festivalwith my son. my back and knees are riddled with arthritis and I can't walk distances.
Great unit for the price
Easy to use, assemble and take apart
It is a little larger than my previous scooter, takes up a little more room in my car.
