Beat my expectations

5.0 / 5
Strengths:

Being able to remote control the chair with the phone app is a big plus for me. Also the ability to lock, turn off, then remotely turn back on is a big help as I need to leave it unattended sometimes at my apartment's parking garage.  The unique front wheels  are great for precision turning in tight places. You don't get the jankiness that happens as more conventional wheels need to align as you turn. Overall movement is very smooth.  The speed adjustment is exactly that unlike other chairs where you're just adjusting the power going to the wheels. Where this matters is when going over obstacles at a slow speed there's no need to adjust the power as it has plenty of torque even when going slow. Once again adding to smoother control. The overall sturdiness of the chair is much better than I expected. The arm rests can easily be used for support when you're adjusting your seating position and entering/leaving the chair.

Weaknesses:

If you have balance issues disassembling/reassembling the chair by one person could be difficult. I knew this going in so it wasn't a factor for my use case.

A Lifechanging Purchase

5.0 / 5
Strengths:

Ability to traverse a wide range of terrain never attempted in a standard power chair. Build quality, durability and toughness factor far exceeded expectations. I have logged miles and miles on this chair and it has outperformed in every way. The ease of battery changes and ability to carry a spare battery with the chair has given me the opportunity to travel further than I ever have with previous wheelchairs.

Weaknesses:

I would love optional headlamps (forward lighting).

Whill devices better than ever

5.0 / 5
Strengths:

Ease of disassembly and transport--either my spouse or myself can disassemble the chair and put it in the trunk of our Prius

Weaknesses:

I've managed to lose the velcro strip that is part of the cane holder. My son also managed to knock the cane-holder off the chair, but that was easy to replace. This was significantly easier than on the C1.
