My wife really loves this product. She says it is very sturdy and solid. She feels very safe when she uses the shower chair.

If not in just the perfect position in the walk in shower it tends to shake even if I sit on it. That makes me feel insecure for that reason.

That it shouldn't break. The last one I had the back was plastic, not aluminum & broke. The new one is all aluminum & shouldn't weaken & break.

None at present. Will continue to use it and if I have a problem I will address it, but I don't see anything happening in the future because of the good quality.
