User (myself) is unable to walk or get out of a chair and requires the use of a power chair.
It helps ease the transfer of my husband from bed to...
For a 250lb man, the large size is best for him. I wish the manufacturer will replace the first medium size that I purchased.
The nylon fabric starts to fray in some parts of the sling. The bindings are scratchy to his sensitive skin. If these concerns were improved, the overall features are excellent.

Utilized in AMB setting for wound clinic
Product was not as advertised -- terrible design.
None -- it was the worst sling I have ever seen.
Not as advertised. Leg straps had hard plastic stitched inside -- pinched legs and groin area. Very difficult to even get patient into position. Totally unusable. Picture and description on website says foam padded -- not hard plastic plates.

65 year old male -- totally wheelchair confined and unable to transfer without a lift.
Patient didn't like where it touched her head and neck.
Sturdy fabric.
Instructions were vague. Patient didn't like how neck and head felt.
