I had bought another wheelchair from another company and it was very hard to steer around, especially if you were on a dock at the beach. The one I purchased with you moved so smooth and was so easy to use my mother noticed a difference right away

I am a Safety Director and I bought 3 W/C's for training purposes. We use the to train our Drivers to secure and load special needs customers.

The ease of fold up.

The powder coater should have masked the pins onto which the foot supports drop on to. This did need to be ground off of this chair to make it functional. If they don't want to mask the pins then use pins that are 5 to 8 thousandths smaller in diameter to compensate for the thickness of the powder.

Solid practical design and construction.

Possibly a bit more thought on attaching a urinary bag or the coffee mug holder. Mug holder made unit to wide to go through our doors. However, these are very minor relative to the quality of product and outstanding service.

Comfortable to sit in.

The wheels are very difficult to move. They were so hard to move it was almost like they were in the locked position.

The way it was design. A person can roll themselves or someone can push them. Have the part to sit their legs, and a pocket in the back to store items or paper work.

I cannot find no weakness to the chair.
