At first, too hard
Well-built; installation smooth and easy (I paid extra).
Heat and massage controls are a bit complicated and not easy to read.

I can't watch TV, I fall asleep in the chair as it is so comfortable, it is hard to stay awake. It is so relaxing. I highly recommend this chair.
Comforter PR-501 3-Position Series: Review
The ease of use in control to recline. The fact that the legs are raised to hip level.
It is not as sturdy as I expected it seems to woble a little. We had to place rubber so chair would not slide back as you sat on it. The side pocket is too low and can't be reach by user. The seat is too hard.
gullerima b. from salinas, ca (caregiver)
86 year old female, with very limited mobility and strength due to arthritis.
Left Mary's last 30 days with us much easier for her.
Can be life changing for the disabled end-user. Mary loved the added independance the chair gave her.
The arm rest covers should come with some kind of fasteners such as velcro or snaps because if you are using the chair you are most likely not going to be able to retreave arm covers if they fall off. same for head covers. That was the only weakness and even that was correctable by us.
mary s. from lombard, il (caregiver)

Electric feature works easily and smoothly.
The body could be more comfortable.

Ambulatory, but unsteady walk and poor balance; chair lift provides stable position to begin walking.
Comforter PR-501 3-Position Series: Review
Ease of use, very comfortable. Owner sleeps in the chair. Nice looking.
The battery backup. Only works once per set of 9 volt batteries. Did not find out until power outage. Did not receive literture explaining limitations.
