The best I have ever used and/or owned. Great for me.
Quality of construction, solid platform in every position, most comfortable chair ever even when used all day and all night.
The foot rest should have an extension panel in the reclined position. Not a complaint, just would make this great chair perfect.

Comfort
The heat/massage element was a waste of money. Does not get very warm and the massage is just buzzing

My father is 87 and I wanted the most comfortable chair I could find
It does what catalog said it could do.
The infinite control of positions, construction quality. Ability to purchase with or without heat/vibration features.
Would love to see a hard copy of the manual come with the product. Guess I would like the two control modules on opposite sides of chair. At night you look around to see if everything is "off"; would love to have switch that turned off lights on both handles.
