Weight of chair
Discomfort of seat, ride, risk of sliding out before balancing adjustments made. Headache, risk, of finding local person to make correcting adjustments that won't result in injury. Expensive!

Weight (light), height of back, ease of removal and replacement of leg rests, foot pedals are closer together, lumbar support, comfort and support of seat cushion.
While having the leg rests flip in was thought to omit their removal to use bathroom, my mother actually needs to put her feet a little under the seat to stand and the leg rests are not back far enough.
