The hight of the back is toshort for being a tall mans chair by at least 4". The pillow part is too thick at the sholder area.and know lumbar support in lower back.

Like controller but have to try the buttons to see which way it goes (poor eyesight). cushions fit the back well - very comfortable. Got extra width (23 inch) - like the roomyness it affords even though she is small frame - wouldn't want it any smaller.

Motor is a bit slow going up and down. Because of poor eye sight, difficult to tell when it is back down after she stands up and tries to reset the chair.
