Very comfortable chair. I am cold natured, so I love the heat and the massage. I am 86 and have trouble getting up at times so I am glad it lifts.

I had a revision of a knee replacement an rather than lug the single bed down to the family room, we decided to buy the cloud to sleep on.

The microfiber upholstery is soothing. The sleep position is also a feature that the user was looking for.

The side pockets could be higher which would make it easier for those with arthritis to access. This particular user finds that the seat is a little deeper than expected.

The person using this infinite-position lift chair is in his mid-eighties with arthritis on his shoulders, with torn rotater cuff on his right side.

It is super plush, has quite motors and looks very nice in our living room.

The only thing I could hope for would be single push activation of various positions.
