Well made, functional chair.
Good construction and available heat and massage.
Instruction/assembly manual is poor and hand control is poorly designed. Buttons should be bigger for disabled persons and the inclusion of a "lock" button is a mystery to me.

My 70 year old wife has MS and is unable to walk, so the lift chair is important to maintain her function.
Helps old people get up out of a chair.
Helps you get out of your chair.
Moves too slow, makes a spring and clunk noise when operating. Liked our old one better that was just one toggle switch.

I am pleased with the functionality of the lift chair.

Age - 87 Disability - paralyzed on entire right side LOVES HIS NEW CHAIR
Helps a lot.
Height from floor helps to get up, lift helps too and will become more important later.
None observable.

Age 83, losing mobility
I am enjoying my chair and its features.
I like the infinite positions. Since my ankles swell, I can adjust the chair so that my feet are elevated to heart level. I also like the heating feature. It helps my back.
So far I don't see any definite problems, except that I'm concerned about the stitching in the seat. It seems to be loosening.

I am a short, rotund female with joint problems. It is hard for me to get up from a standard recliner, plus my being short and overweight
Very comfortable chair with velvet fabric; smooth operation...
Very solid frame and mechanism, no 'slop' whatsoever. Controls are simple and easy to operate. I have been pleased with my Pride scooters and wheelchairs, and hope that this recliner serves me as well as they have.
Kind of disappointed in the head rest, as it is not quite right for me; I have to use a small pillow in most positions. Also, I wish there was a "turbo" mode, i.e. a two-speed operational mode. I understand how some people might not want it to recline and lift too quickly, but I find the slow speed to be a bit irritating at times. But those are minor and picky complaints for a chair that's otherwise great!
