Wife that has MS and has difficulty getting up from a chair.
Fabric is too slippery and patient can slip out of chair.
Moves to a lot of positions due to the 2 motors vs 1.
Fabric too slippery. Image displayed on website for the various positions of the chair show it with just the foot rest up (which is what I was looking for) but it does not do that without moving the back of the chair. It is misleading.

Wish could have sat in first....love that you can raise...

Not comfortable
doris f. from fleming, oh
I wish it set up straighter, reclines some even if you just raise the feet. Not a real comfortable chair
The chair just did not work out for me.

My wife; 69 years old, in very poor health. Right now, she is in the chair 24/7 because her bed broke.
Very comfortable and easy to use.
That it is very comfortable for a tall person and supports the head very well. Having the legs and back move independently is nice because you can be in a sitting position with your feet up.
My husband often eats in his chair and it would be nice if the back came up further without thrusting him so far forward so he could reach the portable table easier.

My husband is 68 and has had Parkinson's for 13 years. He is 6'1" and has had a difficult time getting up from a sitting position.
Chair meets expectations; controller connection is awful.
Chair provides varying levels of lift and recline positions.
Product instructions states that the controller should be disconnected when not in use. Connecting and disconnecting the controller is a two-hand operation. The connection is located on the right side at the top of the pocket. It is 15+ inches from the top of the armrest. It is extremely difficult for a user with impaired muscle use. A longer connection cord, so that a user could make the connection in their lap and still store the cord in the pocket would work. An on/off switch on the controller would also work.

Good, but not easily operated by user
Its positional versatility. (You leave no place for me to say that buying this product took three months because of incompetent office work, especially the office handling Medicare. I was forced to re-send documents and forms; each request to complete a form was followed by another request to fill out another form -- until I gave up trying to claim for Medicare's contribution, after which I was once again plunged into completing and sending the forms three or four times over a ten-day period. No, I would never do business with SpinLife again.)
The hook for the electronic remote can't be used by this user -- too tucked under the right arm; the pocket is also no use to him. He reaches down to the table in order to make the chair function for his various needs.
