Rolls well.
seat is not comfortable and folds down when you get off. When it rolls over a bump the plug (electric) has to be replaced.

Weak right leg and have a bad back, age 62.
Fabulous
Easy mover ability, easy to charge. Just the right size. Easy enough for a child to use.
Have not found any problems with it. I am very pleased and would recommend it highly.

We Love this scooter !
Great around corners, good speed, quality product, chair swivels and arms move to make getting off the scooter easy. Cool looking for a 12 year old.
We haven't found any yet.

11 yr old who has a joint degenerative disease. He uses at school.
it was not what I expected because it is too low
It is light and can be easily lifted. It runs great.
It gets stuck in 1 inch curbings and I have to get someone to help me push it since I am a paraplegic.

I am a 40 year old paraplegic. I am able to use this scooter fairly well.I would have liked the scooter to have been at least 2 inches off the ground.

The price is great for the use it's given. About time someone showed these overpriced carts they advertise that this does the same.
The key, better they make a regular key than an insert, tends to act weird, sort of shorts out.

Small size, easy to use, great maneuverability and comfort!
Location of plug for recharging! where it is at underneath the seat near the floorboard, it is hard for an 85 year old to not only see (its small and dark) but also to reach? She is not mobile so bending down or getting on her knees to plug it is very hard for her. It would be great if it could be located up higher like maybe on the dash? We modified it attaching the battery pack with velcro to the unit and leaving it plugged in all the time but detached from the wall plug. When she arrives she just pulls up next to the wall and grabs the plug from the wall and plugs it into her battery pack. this way she does not have to get off, bend down and find the hole to plug it in. just a thought?

SHOULD HAVE ORDERED IT SOONER!
IT IS COMPACT AND EASY TO USE. IT'S APPEALING AND DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A HANDICAP VEHICLE.
BENDING IS HARD AND PAINFUL FOR ME. MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO PLUG THE CHARGER TO THE SCOOTER. ON THE SIDEWALK YOU FEEL EVERY CRACK AND PEBBLE!
