The managable weight, ease of use, comfort, ease care(vinyl-covered) and attractive. Also the customer service order department was a delight to deal with !

none that I can think of- it would be wonderful if there were washable pads available for the seat but that is not really a weakness as I make do with some pads we formerly used on his bed.

It fits my mother's build. It is easy to operate.

There is only one pocket on the right side. Another pocket on the left side would be helpfull to put magazins or whatever.

My Father-In-Law had hip and shoulder surgery. By getting the lift chair he did not have to stay in a wheel chair.

Allows the person to sleep if unable to sleep flat in bed. Allows me to get up easier from the chair when needed.

The only negative thing I could say about it, if any, is that I thought it would be a little bigger or wider, but other than that it's perfect.
