93 year old male who, while still having his mind, has pretty much lost the ability to get up/down from a chair on his own.
Comfortable and easy to use.
It's comfort. I like how it comes in different sizes so you can get a proper fit. It moves smoothly and you can stop where you want it. Easy to get in and out of.
It moves too slow. It takes forever for me to get out of if I have to go answer the door or phone. I would like to see a choice of speeds.

I'm an older woman who suffers from MS. The lift chair is excellent in helping me to get in and out of the chair.
The chair performed as advertised!
The chair is made extremely well! It operates easily and has many settings so the patient can get into a comfortable position. The warmer is good for people recovering from surgery.
We really have not found any weaknesses in the Lift Chair.

This chair is a real life saver for me!

Not what we expected but service from your end was good.
The lift of the chair motor.
The comfort of the chair. It is too hard and does not fit the body.

Very good product.
I like the extra wide option. I like that it goes all the way back and then up again. I think it could go farther up a little more for me to be standing. The back of the product is very comfortable and soft.
The seat of the product is not that comfortable and soft. I don't know if this is necessary because of the motor in the chair or if you could use more padding in the seat of the chair to make it more comfortable. Also the chair is too deep for me from the front to the back, you should make this shorter.

I am 54 years old with bad arthritis in my knees. Getting in and out of chairs is very painful to me.
Excellent product.
The battery backup in case of power failure. The smoothness and quietness of the lift mechanism is very nice. The cushioned leg area is very comfortable. The material covering the chair is very nice.
I would have liked more cushoning in the seat area.

I am 71-years old and have osteoarthritis of the knees, which causes great pain in trying to rise out of a chair that is too low.
Satisfied
Comfort & ease of use.
If understood better would have ordered chair that allowed back to go back w/out leg support coming up. Also a little shakey during recline.
