Wonderful with the exception of size.
Stable, easy time maneuvering
The weight makes it hard for the user to load and unload into car. The drink holder does not fit on this machine.

One of the wheel cover keeps falling off. This is caused by a defect in the mold of that cover.

Excellent quality, the extended range of 15 miles is great and the ability to use "Bread" for financing was wonderful!
The scooter has a small seat, the arm width is adjustable but not the depth of the seat. I believe the manufacturer should create an adjustment under the seat to go further back as the arms do to the sides. Doesn't come with another seat choice.

Priced right and works perfectly for me so far. Great for...
The unit is solidly built and well engineered. Battery is good for the long range, 15 miles is realistic. Very comfortable seat and fairly smooth ride even without shocks. The turning circle is fine.
Could use lights and rear basket. Could be more rainproof. Replacement parts should be better identified.

Surprising power
I chose the unit for its mobility. I can now go to the store and go for "walks" with my wife at the local lake. Because of its power, it takes a little time to learn to control it! It climbs very steep trail portions easily.
I would love an odometer but it has everything else I need.
