Ordered this chair for my Dad who has very bad knees. He seems pleased with it. It is comfortable and helps him get on his feet much more easily.

This chair is easily operated by a dementia patient who is easily confused by multiple controls and loses the remote.

The chair could use a bit more back support. It is a bit too soft.
