A good value.
Easy to assemble and disassemble.
Assembly instructions fail to show how some of the parts are to be used. Rear wheel and motor assembly is a little difficult to do when trying to put together. Seat post should have one more hole to allow it to go lower.

If it had a cup holder and assembly help
Great comfort, looks, and stability. Haven't had it long enough to test endurance.
It doesn't have a cup holder!Need a cup holder plus better instructions on how to assemble and disassemble it step by step. (plus a cup holder)A cup holder would be really nice. What I wouldn't do for a cup holder.
james t. from faribault, mn
The assembly instructions need to be made easier to understand and complete. Every machine should come with cup holder.

Sandy uses the scooter. 65 years old, having trouble walking for long periods.
excellent product and service.
Light weight and ease of use.
Wheels could be a little larger; it might travel better on uneven ground.

The wife is very happy with her scooter. It gives her the mobility she needs to get out and enjoy life again
I've had numerous people ask me about it.
Easy to put together and take apart. Seat can be elevated. Get the extra strength battery if you are going to use it a lot.
I haven't found any.

Greatttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
The ease in taking the scooter apart and moving from home to sidewalk and vehicle.
At this time we do feel there are any weaknesses.

I love it.
Ease of steering and tight turning. The extended length and I could use more. It has made my many exterior chores simple and is keeping me independent.
NOT easy access of the charging port.
