Outstanding quality product. Great customer service on the phone.
Didn't include the allen wrench to put the bike together. Some of the directions were confusing and didn't seem applicable.

I would recommend this product to any that is looking for a...
The strengths of this product are, it is very light, easy to wheel around and very comfortable.
The only problem I have been having is that the push wheel looks do not stay in their position on the frame. I have had to tighten them twice already. The other problem is that the chair has been very difficult to fold. I have to pull on the seat several times until in found a special way to pull on the seat to close it.

I am 46 years old. I have FSH muscular dystrophy.
High quality build from TI.
Solid, lightweight, and sturdy. Just what I expect from TIlite.
Expensive, but not as bad as titanium!

I really do like my chair ,love the color !
The light-weight is the feature I like the best along with the bright orange color.Everyone has something nice to say about it, the color is what really draws their attention.

The chair is nice, except for the back...it is not high...
It is lightweight and easy to fold and handle.
The back of it is not high enough, and therefore it is not as comfortable as I would like. It does not support my back well.
