Comfortable, ease of use and access

Easy use for patient.
It is easy to use for the patient, he just loves it. He feels he is doing something on his own. It is perfect for a small ranch home.
I don't feel there are any weaknesses of this product, only arm covers should be included free of charge. Thank you.

It reclines. My mother likes to sleep in her chair.
It's slow. Sometimes my mother gets her legs caught in it.

This is an okay product.
The 3 postion movement and side pocket
Not heavy enough. It is suppose to be able to handle up to 325 lbs but my Aunt is 195 and the chair slide on carpet when she trys to stnad or sit down. It is also not very comfortable, hard arms, very little padding.
