the brakes are a little hard to release and I wish it had some kind of a seat belt

This chair is used for an elderly man who has had several strokes and is unable to stand or do anything for himself.
great alternative to separate commode and shower chair
Reduces number of transfers and pieces of equipment needed to use commode and shower. Shipped promptly.
User cannot unlock brakes when sitting on it, so caregiver must help move around bathroom. Hand brakes would be helpful. Still, this is an excellent piece of equipment for the money.

Item very unsafe in rough areas around and getting to...
Item`well made and seems impervious to water damage. However small wheels make it unsafe in rough areas. Would like to return it as it has been used only once and is in perfect condition. Can be returned in original box with no signs of use. Have been refused on this offer by your office.
The wheels are too small to safely control unit in slighly rough areas at or near swimming pool.

Great chair for the average user, just needs more height
Wheels across carpet and transtions to tile very well. wipes down easy and is light weight.
Needs more height to clear all toilets.

We love the way this chair rolls, and ease of use. We only have one concern, the chair is too low to go over our toilet. it needs another 2" of heig

I like the way the arm rests go down.
the chair does not roll well on carpet. The wheels are too small and the wheel locks are very hard to unlock. We have to pull her in the chair backwards.
