Excellent product
Simple to use controller is essential (although dementia makes even that difficult for the user). Right size for the space. Good quality.
Back cushion is overly padded, making it hard to her to push back into the chair all the way. Presumably it will pack down a bit over time (but she is 93!).

A solid, heavy reliable chair.
It is solidly built, comfortable with great upholstery. Its variable positions are perfect and it's great to sleep in.
The remote control needs to be handier. The arm covers are ridiculously small. The chair is really HEAVY!!!

User is male, 73, retired, has pedal neuropathy with weak knees.
This chair makes my recovery so much more comfortable!
Comfort, surprising attractive design/colr (blue).
Position of head cushion could be adjustable. There could be a velcro attachment on top of the arm rest for the controls. Arm rest covers could be larger (so as to remain better in place).

Quiet. Well made. 9-volt batteries for emergency are added asset.
I'd like extra height -- to ease arising. I place shims under the feet. More extension on leveler screws would've been better. Also pillow slides off too easily, as do arm covers.
